Returns Policy

1. All exchanges will require a receipt (or gift receipt) to be provided by the client.

2. Exchanges must be made at the store at which the relevant item being exchanged was originally purchased.

3. Exchanges will be offered up to 30 days after the purchase date. These can be either a direct exchange of merchandise or in the form of a gift voucher.

4. Our cashiers will typically provide customers with a receipt at the end of a sale, but it is ultimately the customers responsibility to request it if not provided.

5. No exchanges or returns are offered on items which were purchased on a promotional basis.

Refunds Policy

1. Refunds will only be issued in respect of items that are faulty or defective. The respective VIP Points on said purchase will be deducted.

2. When claiming a refund for a faulty or defective item, the relevant item must be brought to the relevant SM Seruya store where the item was purchased.

3. Refunds on faulty and defective items will be offered up to 30 days from the purchase date.

4. Refunds on items that are not faulty or defective will only be offered on the same date that such item was purchased.

5. All refunds will require a receipt or gift receipt.

6. No refunds are offered on items which had been acquired on a promotional basis.

Gift Cards

1. Gift Cards purchased will be required to have a minimum value of £10.

2. The gift card is the client’s responsibility and if it is lost, a new one will not be provided. We are under no obligation to replace lost or defaced Gift Cards.

3. The buyer of the gift card will receive the VIP points for the purchase (provided always that the buyer of the gift card is a VIP member and the holder of a valid VIP Card). When using a gift card, any extra amount paid by the client above the Gift Card value is not eligible for VIP points. 

4. Gift Cards will be valid for a period of 24 months as from the purchase date. The date on which the Gift Card was purchased will be written on the card holder on the purchase date.

5. If the card is lost, stolen, or used without authorization, it cannot be replaced.

6. Gift Card are valid for use at all of our Main Street Shops.
