RETURN POLICY:

At S.M. Seruya, we value your satisfaction with our products and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all accompanying components, tags, and labels intact.
- The product(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them.


2. Discretion of Shop Manager/Main Office:
- Acceptance of returns is subject to the discretion of the shop manager. We will evaluate the reason for the return, the condition of the product, and other relevant factors.
- If a return is not accepted, we will provide an explanation for the decision.


3. Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to: 
  Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products. 
  Products with broken seals or packaging.
  Personal grooming and beauty tools.
